SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 7 working days (Unless you have requested more bespoke Items should we say.)  after receiving your confirmation email. 

We try to post all items within 7 working days, although time length can vary depending on the complexity of your requests, and this is dispatched either via Evri or Royal Mail. 

 

Our posting days are generally Tuesday and Saturday.  Please allow 3/5 Working Days once posted before contacting us.  All products are packaged to the very best of our ability to ensure a safe and speedy arrival.

 

Overseas - It is your responsibility as the customer to pay any import tax and charges that may occur.

RETURNS POLICY

What If There Is an Issue with The Products?

If the Item/Items, you have received have been damaged or broken in delivery you may return it to us for an exchange. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you must make contact with us . You may be required to send us detailed photos and if this item is deemed as Damaged/Broken then we will ask for you to send it back to us at which point the replacement Items will be sent.

The postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.

MAINTENANCE – Salt water is a very corrosive environment, and you have a duty of care to ensure that the item purchased is cleaned and maintained correctly. Failure caused by lack of maintenance is unlikely to be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty

SPECIAL ORDERS – If the item you wish to return is not a normal stock item and was specifically ordered for yourself then there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the amount refunded.
