What If There Is an Issue with The Products?
Whilst we try our very hardest to ensure items arrive in tip-top condition, occasionally accidents do happen.
In short, if the Item/Items, you have received have been damaged or broken in delivery you may return them to us for an exchange. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you must make contact with us. You may be required to send us detailed photos and if this item is deemed Damaged/Broken, then we will ask you to send it back to us at which point the replacement Items will be sent.
