What If There Is an Issue with The Products?

Whilst we try our very hardest to ensure items arrive in tip-top condition, occasionally accidents do happen.

In short, if the Item/Items, you have received have been damaged or broken in delivery you may return them to us for an exchange. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you must make contact with us. You may be required to send us detailed photos and if this item is deemed Damaged/Broken, then we will ask you to send it back to us at which point the replacement Items will be sent.

All orders are processed within 7 working days (Unless you have requested more bespoke Items should we say.)  after receiving your confirmation email.  We try to post all items within 7 working days, although time length can vary depending on the complexity of your requests, and this is dispatched either via Evri or Royal Mail.  Our posting days are generally Tuesday and Saturday.  Please allow 3/5 Working Days once posted before contacting us.  All products are packaged to the very best of our ability to ensure a safe and speedy arrival.

Overseas - It is your responsibility as the customer to pay any import tax and charges that may occur.
